Our client is a global professional service company, they are growing their team and are looking to hire an experienced Administration/ Operations Manager for their office in DIFC, Dubai.

Description
Perform day-to-day administration to support the Director of Administration & Special Projects in ensuring the smooth running of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.HR Administration including but not limited to:Benefits: including medical insurance, life insurance, ESG, DEWS contribution etc.Payroll processingVisa application processesProcess legal affairs renewals and registrationsDraft employment contracts, salary letters, employment verifications etc.Absence managementAssist with staff recruiting processes including interviewing and onboardingWork with the Global HR team to ensure systems are updated etc.Finance Administration:

Profile

The successful candidate for this role:
5 - 7 years of business operations experience preferably in a professional service company Experience with managing and leading a team of support staff Candidate needs to have UAE experience and be based in the country Professional demeanor, excellent communication and organisational skillBachelors Degree
