Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, such as sauces, vegetables, or fish.
Preparation and cooking of dishes in their assigned section while making sure to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Ensuring the efficient use of ingredients and supplies to reduce waste and keep costs under control.
Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and specials and assisting in menu planning and pricing as needed.
Manage and order supplies for their assigned section.
Participate in kitchen meetings and contributing ideas for menu development and kitchen improvements.
Skills
Qualifications:
40 years old and below
At least 3 years’ experience on the same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
Can join by March or April 2023
