Job Description
We believe that service in the interest of our clients is the key to strong and lasting relationships with them. To that end, everyone in the business is involved in supporting our client facing teams.This is especially so when it comes to a market defining platform we developed and launched 3 years ago, and for which we now want to expand the Client Engagement team.
Skills
About You
- The ideal candidate will have worked in a B2B SaaS company serving clients in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry across the GCC or the wider Middle East.
- An undergraduate degree from a recognized university and experience of 1 to 3 years in B2B service selling are advantageous.
- Proficiency in both English & Arabic is necessary as are high quality written and verbal communication skills.
- Strength in presenting, interpersonal relations, negotiation, influencing, teamwork and creative problem solving support your candidacy.
Most importantly though, you must have a passion for exceeding the expectations of people who are your clients. Ideally, you will already be based in the United Arab Emirates, and preferably in Dubai.
