Job Description
We are looking for a sparky E-commerce Executive with good experience who will be responsible for handling the day to day activities in the online store while managing some digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Day to day trading, management and maintenance of online stores and across the clinic site, where required.
Managing and maintaining the Online store while improving site merchandising, including how products are presented across the search results.
Analysing and providing reports on a weekly or monthly basis for each department, product or offer.
Monitoring on site metrics such as bounce rate, time on page and identifying areas to improve the customer experience, increase conversion rates, basket sizes and reduce returns rates.
Understanding how customers search and optimising content to improve customer experience and SEO performance.
Skills
Must have bachelor’s degree in the related field (Computer programming is a plus)
Good Knowledge in E-commerce platform
Good knowledge in SEO & SEM
Marketing and Analytical skills
