Job Description

Urgent requirement for a IT Project Manager to be based onsite in Dubai for a majorMNC IT Company .

Primarily responsible for coordinating and monitoring ongoing projects within IT and ensure that these projects are on schedule as per the strategy plan. Prioritize and reschedule the projects given the available resources and criticality of user requirements.

Requirements:

• Provide technology strategy planning

• Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness

• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success

• Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs

• Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy

• Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff

• Supervise and direct IT personnel

Skills

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or MIS.

• MBA or Masters Degree is a plus.

• Agile Scrum Methodology Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Domain with a specialization in IT and project management.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).

• Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and financial management skills.

• Self-driven with well-developed leadership, motivational and team-building skills.

• Understanding of linkages driving profit.

• Good interpersonal skills.
