Job Description
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
- Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
- Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
- Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
- Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, customer relations, PR, and business promotion techniques.
Skills
- Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
- Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
- Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
- Minimum 4 years outside B2B sales experience in the service industry. Pest Control, Cleaning, or Facilities Management is a must..
