Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct quality audits of products, services, or processes to identify defects and non-conformance
- Work with other departments to develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, such as quality manuals and procedures
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards and requirements
- Investigate customer complaints related to quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Participate in the design and development of new products, services, or processes to ensure quality requirements are met
- Should be aware about Lean Six Sigma Practices
- Maintain records and prepare reports on quality-related metrics
