System Support Analyst (FX)

Description

• Provide effective functional and technical support for Cross border payment applications.
• Must have strong technical understanding on SWIFT application.
• Preferable experience on CASMEX application.
• Ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner as per the service level agreement
• Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution.

Deep understanding of FX remittance and SWIFT payment applications
Good Technical knowledge of FX Remittance, Swift Payments and ISO20022 Message specification
Experience with Firco Soft Payments
Knowledge on WebSphere-MQ
Knowledge on AWS and DevOps
