Overview of the role

This role is responsible for the safety and security of the construction sites, Storage yards, warehouses, and other facilities if any of the company. He/She will be overseeing the security guards, gates operations, and detect/report any suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the company and its properties. Also, ensuring to keep records of all movements and activities occurring on daily basis at site gates / storage yard / warehouses.

What you will do

• Supervise and oversee security functions on daily activities.
• Evaluate, assess, and analyse performance of site security guards.
• Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
• Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.
• Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
• Make sure to maintain records of in/out for any visitor / vehicle at the gates of sites and stores warehouse on daily basis.
• Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.

Required Skills To Be Successful

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of related security experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
