Position: Civil Draftsman
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE construction projects

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineers and architects to create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints for construction projects.
• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other drafting tools.
• Assist in analyzing project specifications and requirements to ensure drawings align with project goals.
• Collaborate with the project team to address design changes and modifications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all drafted documents.
• Review and cross-check drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman in the UAE construction sector.
• Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and other drafting tools.
• Sound knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, architectural drawings, and engineering sketches.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and accuracy in drafting work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
