We are currently seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Assist in managing table assignments and reservations, ensuring efficient seating and minimizing wait times.
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding reservations and restaurant information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area.
• Monitor and manage the waitlist during peak times, accurately estimating wait times and updating guests accordingly.
• Anticipate and accommodate special requests or needs of guests, such as highchairs or special seating arrangements.
• Assist in managing to-go orders and coordinating pickup or delivery.
