• Food Plating: Help in the garnishing and plating of dishes, ensuring appealing presentation.
• Equipment Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
• Dishwashing: Ensure the timely cleaning and sanitization of dishes, cutlery, and kitchenware.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking food supplies, ensuring the availability of ingredients during cooking.
• Waste Disposal: Dispose of food waste and trash properly, adhering to the hotel’s waste management guidelines.
•  Kitchen Organization: Keep the kitchen area organized and tidy, contributing to an efficient and safe workspace.
• Hygiene Standards: Follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Passion for food and a keen interest in learning culinary skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the quality and consistency of food preparation.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.
