Order entry to Suppliers, co-ordination with shipping lines and forwarders, Handling and preparation of shipping Documents (Bill of Lading, cert of origin and related transport documents) , follow up on shipments.

• *Knowledge of “Letter of Credits” would be a distinct advantage.
• *Local clearance of cargo, transportation and the know how with local UAE customs formalities will definitely be an advantage .
• *Good communication and coordination skills with various parties involved in the business (suppliers, forwarders, Insurance companies, Chamber of commerce, Clearing agents, customs, sales department).
