Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide excellent patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients of all ages. Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Triage and Assessment: Conduct initial patient assessments, taking vital signs, medical histories, and recording any pertinent information. Assist in identifying health concerns, potential risks, and urgent medical needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Participate actively in patient rounds, case discussions, and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Medical Procedures: Assist physicians in medical procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries. Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and preventive measures to promote health and well-being.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
