Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed Real Estate Agent (rera license )with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate agents, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Dubai market.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements and team management.
- Valid UAE real estate license is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, locations, and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
