As a School Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of our students to and from school. Your responsibility goes beyond driving; you will be an ambassador of our school, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the school bus following designated routes and schedules.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transit, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the school bus, reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized bus interior, creating a comfortable environment for students.
• Greet students and parents warmly, fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist students in boarding and alighting the bus, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Maintain discipline and orderliness among students during the bus journey.
• Communicate effectively with school administrators, parents, and transportation supervisors.
• Respond to emergencies, following established procedures and protocols.
• Attend driver training sessions and workshops to enhance driving skills and safety knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license with a “Heavy Bus” endorsement.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a school bus driver or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of UAE traffic and road regulations.
• Excellent driving record with no history of accidents or violations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including early morning and afternoon shifts.
